The Plumbing Foreman is responsible for supervising and coordinating all plumbing installation works on site, ensuring activities are carried out in accordance with approved drawings, project specifications, Abu Dhabi authority requirements, and safety standards. The role involves managing manpower, materials, and daily site activities to meet project timelines and quality requirements.
Authority & Compliance:

Assist during inspections by consultants and authorities.
Safety (HSE):
Enforce site health, safety, and environmental (HSE) rules.

Minimum 5–10 years of plumbing experience, with at least 2–3 years as a foreman in the UAE.
Experience in high-rise buildings, villas, commercial projects in Abu Dhabi is preferred.
Skills & Knowledge:
Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, materials, and installation methods.
Ability to read and understand plumbing drawings and isometrics.
Familiarity with Abu Dhabi authority inspections and approvals.
Basic knowledge of testing & commissioning (pressure testing, leak testing).
ITI / Trade Certificate or Diploma in Plumbing or related field.
The MEP Inspector is responsible for supervising, inspecting, and ensuring that all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) works on site comply with approved drawings, specifications, Abu Dhabi regulations, and project quality standards. The role involves close coordination with contractors, consultants, and authorities to ensure safe, timely, and compliant execution of MEP systems.
Minimum 5–8 years of MEP inspection experience, preferably in Abu Dhabi or UAE.
Experience on commercial and residential, is preferred.

The Mechanical Draftsman is responsible for preparing, developing, and updating mechanical shop drawings and as-built drawings in accordance with approved design drawings, project specifications, and Abu Dhabi authority requirements. The role supports site execution by ensuring accurate, coordinated, and approved mechanical drawings.
Key Responsibilities
*Drafting & Drawing Preparation
Prepare mechanical shop drawings for HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, and other mechanical systems.
Develop detailed layouts, sections, and schematics based on approved design drawings.
Produce as-built drawings reflecting site conditions and approved variations.
Update drawings as per consultant comments and site changes.
*Coordination & Compliance
Coordinate drawings with architectural, structural, and other MEP disciplines to avoid clashes.
Ensure drawings comply with project specifications, standards, and Abu Dhabi codes.
Assist engineers in resolving design and coordination issues.
*Submittals & Documentation
Prepare drawings for submission to consultants and authorities.
Maintain proper drawing logs, revision control, and documentation.
Support material submittals and method statements when required.
*Site & Technical Support
Provide drawing support to site engineers and supervisors.
Attend coordination meetings when required.
Incorporate site instructions, RFIs, and approved changes into drawings.
Minimum 3–6 years of experience as a Mechanical Draftsman, preferably in Abu Dhabi or the UAE.
Experience in residential, commercial, high-rise, and infrastructure projects is an advantage.

Proficient in AutoCAD (mandatory).

The Mechanical QA/QC Engineer will ensure all mechanical works comply with UAE regulatory requirements, project specifications, international standards, and client expectations. The role involves planning and monitoring quality activities for mechanical installations within large-scale construction, MEP, infrastructure projects in the UAE.
Key Responsibilities
Quality Assurance:
Develop and implement project-specific QA/QC plans, ITPs, method statements, and procedures in line with UAE construction and industrial standards.
Ensure compliance with ADNOC, Abu Dhabi Municipality, and other local authority regulations when applicable.
Support internal/external audits and ensure adherence to ISO 9001:2015 quality standards.
Quality Control & Inspection:
Conduct inspections for mechanical systems including HVAC, chilled water, plumbing, fire-fighting, piping, tanks, fuel systems, and mechanical equipment.
Monitor welding, fabrication, NDT activities, pressure testing, and mechanical completion.
Review material submittals, MIRs, WIRs, method statements, manufacturer certificates, and test reports.
Witness FAT, SAT, commissioning tests, and system handover activities.
Documentation & Reporting:
Prepare and maintain QA/QC documents such as inspection reports, NCRs, CARs, RFI logs, and quality records.
Maintain proper documentation as per project QA/QC procedures and audit requirements.
Ensure timely submission and approval of QA/QC documents to the consultant/client.
Coordination & Interface:
Coordinate inspections with consultants, clients, and subcontractors.
Communicate quality-related issues and provide solutions to the project team.
Attend technical, progress, and quality meetings.
Continuous Improvement:
Identify recurring issues and recommend preventive and corrective actions.
Support training and development of site personnel on quality practices.
Promote a culture of safety and quality in accordance with UAE project standards.
3–10+ years of QA/QC experience in the UAE within MEP, construction.

The MEP Estimator is responsible for preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates for Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing packages on medium to large-scale construction projects in Abu Dhabi. The role involves detailed quantity take-offs, cost analysis, vendor coordination, and development of technical and commercial submissions in line with UAE construction standards and local authority requirements.
Key Responsibilities
*Estimation & Costing
Prepare detailed MEP cost estimates for HVAC, Fire Fighting, Plumbing, Drainage, ELV, Electrical and associated systems.
Conduct quantity take-offs from drawings, specifications, and tender documents.
Analyze project requirements and identify value engineering alternatives.
Develop BOQs in accordance with standard methods of measurement.
Prepare cost summaries and breakdowns including material, labor, equipment, and subcontractor costs.
*Tender Review & Submission
Review tender documents, drawings, addendums, and specifications to understand project scope.
Prepare technical and commercial tender submissions aligned with tender requirements.
Clarify discrepancies and raise RFIs during tender stages.
*Vendor & Subcontractor Coordination
Obtain competitive quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
Evaluate and compare technical and commercial offers.
Maintain and update database of local suppliers, manufacturers, and subcontractors in Abu Dhabi.
*Compliance & Standards
Ensure all MEP estimates adhere to Abu Dhabi local authority regulations, including:

ADCD (Civil Defense)
ADWEA / ADCE / ADQCC
UPC / ADM
Comply with UAE Fire & Life Safety Code of Practice and relevant international standards.
*Coordination & Reporting
Work closely with design, planning, procurement, and project teams to support pre-contract and post-contract activities.
Provide cost-related inputs during design reviews and value engineering workshops.
Prepare cost reports, comparisons, and project risk assessments.
3–10 years of proven experience as an MEP Estimator within the UAE construction industry.
Strong knowledge of local authority regulations and approval processes in Abu Dhabi.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, and MS Excel (advanced level).
Experience with estimation software is an advantage.
